Dr. David Leske
Dr. Leske was born and raised in Dresser, Wisconsin. He attended the University of St. Thomas, majoring in Chemistry with a minor in Theology. He was also a pitcher on the St. Thomas baseball team for four years. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 1999 from the Northwestern College of Chiropractic.
Dr. Leske practiced at Hopkins Health and Wellness Center from October 2001 to October 2009. He has extensive expertise in sports injury rehabilitation and nutrition.
In his spare time, Dr. Leske is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing and piloting a private plane. Dr. Leske competes in cross country skiing and cross country running. During the summer months he stays active by pitching baseball for an amateur baseball team in Osceola, Wisconsin, and he is often found on the St. Croix River canoeing and chasing that elusive 100-pound catfish.
Dr. Ashley Parrington
Dr. Ashley Parrington received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from Northwestern Health Sciences University. After 10 years of education and hands-on experience focusing on pediatric and pre/postnatal care as well as family care, she has become proficient in the Webster technique for pregnancy and working with infants. Dr. Parrington has completed pediatric neurology and nutrition courses, diastasis recti training, pregnancy and infant craniosacral courses, as well as tongue tie assessment and post-correction therapy.
Dr. Parrington lives in Edina with her husband, Matt, their two-year old daughter, Taylie, and their puppy.
Dr. Mackenzie Arellanes
Dr. Mackenzie Arellanes was born and raised in Prior Lake, Minnesota. She graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology in 2021 and continued to foster her love for learning and healthcare, earning a Doctorate in Chiropractic in December 2023. Dr. Arellanes is currently a cheerleading coach for a low-cost cheerleading program, loves yoga, being outdoors and traveling. Recently married in 2023, she is a proud stepmom (and dog mom). Dr. Arellanes is passionate about nutrition, sports injury rehabilitation, and working with pediatric and perinatal patients.
Dr. James Anderson
Dr. Jim Anderson graduated from high school in Apple Valley, majored in Pre-medicine at Concordia College, Moorhead MN. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2002 from Northwestern Chiropractic College and has been practicing in Edina for the last 12 years. Dr. Jim loves treating entire families, using chiropractic and nutrition therapy to help them achieve optimum health. He has extensive experience in working with celiac and Down syndrome patients.
Dr. Anderson has lived in south Minneapolis for 21 years with his wife Becky and two boys Cullen and Jack. Dr. Jim enjoys food, sports, travel, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.
